Revlon Hair Tools accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased within 30 days from their website. For assistance with a return or exchange of a product, contact their Consumer Services. If the product was purchased through a retail partner, contact the retailer directly for assistance with the return.
Gifts purchased through their website can be refunded to the credit card used or exchanged for another item. For information and additional details to return a gift item, contact their Consumer Service at 1-800-487-7273.
Refunds are processed 7-14 business days after an item has been received. The refund should appear in your account within five business days after the refund has been processed. If there are questions regarding a refund, contact their Consumer Services for assistance.
Warranties vary by product. The warranty card is enclosed in the product box. It provides information on what to do if the product becomes defective. For further assistance and warranty information, contact their Consumer Services. They will need your product model number to provide the specific warranty details that cover the product you purchased.
For beauty tools, there is a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. Revlon will replace with the same or similar tool at no charge if the implement fails due to defective material or workmanship. To return, pack in a padded envelope, describe the defect, and mail insured to their Consumer Information Center. Please allow about 4–6 weeks for replacement return. The Lifetime Guarantee is void if the implement is abused or rusted.
Please note that the items being returned should be unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken. Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Unless the products are faulty or damaged, the cost of return postage will not be refunded.
